Thursday Thirteen!

Thirteen New Year’s Resolutions (which I’ll never keep)!
1. I’ll exercise regularly. (uh, maybe there’s a chance)
2. I’ll eat more fruits and vegetables. (can’t get any lower)
3. I’ll cut back on candy, cookies, cake, all evil snacks. (three times a day should be do-able)
4. I’ll waste less time surfing the internet. (define “waste”)
5. I’ll keep in better contact with long-distance friends. (does forwarding jokes count?)
6. I’ll call my parents more often. (maybe email would be easier)
7. I’ll prepare healthier meals for my family. (this would mean I’d have to start cooking)
8. I’ll spend less money. (a girl needs new shoes every now and then)
9. I’ll set up a regular writing schedule and stick to it. (anything is better than “when the mood strikes”)
10. I’ll meditate/pray/think more. (hey, I help the kids with religious school and Hebrew homework)
11. I’ll work on making decisions more definitively. (not sure I can do this)
12. I’ll be more focused while at work. (who me? I don’t have a focus problem…nope)
13. I’ll get more organized. (what if I hire a 12-step program for this?)
